This policy explains how Fuchures collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal data when you use fuchures.com, submit an enquiry, use our eligibility or funding tools, or otherwise interact with us as a prospective learner, current student, or university partner. It's written to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Fuchures Ltd ("Fuchures", "we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We help mature learners find and apply to undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at our partner universities.

2. The personal data we collect
We collect data you give us directly, data created as you use our tools, and a small amount of technical data collected automatically: identity and contact data, enquiry and application data (qualifications, work experience, course preferences), student finance and eligibility data you choose to share with our Funding Calculator, communications records, and technical/usage data collected via cookies.
3. How we use your data, and our lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, consent or contract to match you to courses and process applications, consent to estimate student finance entitlement, and legal obligation to meet accounting and regulatory requirements. We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep your data
Enquiry and contact form submissions are kept up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Application and enrolment records are kept for the duration of your course plus 6 years. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. Financial records are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC.
7. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below, we aim to respond within one month.
