Course Overview
This course addresses broader aspects of business organisation and management culture, while providing insight into corporate and consumer legislation, corporate regulation and other legal aspects of business enterprise.
You will graduate with a sound appreciation of management practice, including human resources, marketing, business law and information management, and the skills to analyse strategic consumer behaviour.

Who Fits This Course
- ✓Meets or is close to 96 UCAS Tariff Points (CCC) via A-Levels or an equivalent qualification
- ✓Holds GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4+ (or accepted equivalent)
- ✓Interested in a business career with a legal/regulatory angle, banking, commerce, government, HR
- ✓Mature applicants or career changers with relevant work experience, even where formal qualifications fall slightly short of standard UCAS Tariff Points
Who Does Not Fit
- ✕Falls well short of 96 UCAS Tariff Points with no accepted alternative qualification
- ✕Cannot evidence GCSE-equivalent Maths and English (grade C/4 or above)
- ✕Wants to qualify directly as a solicitor/barrister, the LLB (Hons) Law course is the more direct route
